DCS U13 Girls wrap-up 16-month first season with Bronze at Provincials!

The first Metro Season for the U-13 DCS Girls started in March 2015 with evaluations and continued until July 2016 with a Bronze Medal at the Provincial A Cup!

The team had to overcome injury, illness, and players away on vacation, but the team never stopped fighting and managed to produce a fantastic 4-2 victory over CMF Venom in the Consolation Final. DCS U13 Girls take Bronze in the 2016 Provincial Cup

The girls now get a well deserved rest after a their very long first season, that included 3 tournaments, League play, League Cup, Coastal Cup, and Provincial Cup. They had a very impressive record over that period of 32 wins, 13 losses, and 9 ties,  and most important a team that would go to any length for each other.  See you in 6 weeks ladies, enjoy your summer!

Congratulations to the DCS U16 Boys in capturing the BC Soccer Provincial A Cup !

This is their second Provincial A Cup Championship title in a row…back to back Champions ! The victory epitomize this amazing year for this group of men. They were crowned Champions of all 3 Metro League trophies…League Champions, Coastal Cup and Provincial Cup.

This fantastic achievement could not be accomplished without the terrific support from the DCS U16 Boys parent group and from Ajit Braich.

The team will be taking a week off to heal up from the aches and pains of the Provincial Cup and in 2 weeks will be departing for England to compete in the Nottingham Cup.

DCS 2003 Girls Win SX Spring Cup!

The DCS 2003 Girls win the U-14 Metro division at the SX Spring Cup Tournament!

In preparation for the Provincials in early July, the team had 2 wins and 1 tie, with 9 goals for and only one goal against in round robin play.  In the final vs. KYSA from Kamloops, the girls played their best game of the weekend, and came away with a 2-0 win!

DCS 2003 are 2016 SX Cup U14 Metro Champions

The team is now set to play in the Provincial Tournament in Burnaby, July 7-10, where they face Surrey Pegasus, Poco Castilians, and Coquitlam MetroFord.

The BC’s will wrap up a very successful first season for the Metro team, who finished third in league play, was runner-up in Coastal Cup, and took home two titles at different local tournaments.
